Introduction to the use of tube type slurry iron remover
1, Product Introduction:
The magnetic filter iron remover is mainly suitable for separating the function of the liquid medium containing fine iron filings, so that it can meet the process requirements of the liquid medium. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pigments, dyes, food, metallurgy, ceramics and other industries, this product has the advantages of strong magnetic force, good iron removal effect, convenient cleaning iron filings and so on.
2, working principle:
Magnetic filter When the liquid enters the box through the main pipe, when the medium contains fine iron filings, it will be adsorbed on the magnetic rod, and the clean fluid is discharged by the filter outlet. When it is necessary to clean, you can unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, take out the magnetic rod and clean it again. The rust in the sewage, sand particles, a small amount of solid particles in the liquid can be filtered to protect the accessories on the equipment pipeline from wear and blockage, which can protect the normal work of the equipment.
3, Product features:
1, the use of permanent Ndfeb magnetic rod, surface magnetic up to 12000GS.
2, strong magnetic force, good iron removal effect, easy to clean iron filings and other advantages.
3, can remove 0.5~60μm can not be seen by the naked eye tiny particles.
4, the surface finish of the bar magnetic steel can meet the requirements of food grade.
5, its magnetic source is made of high-performance NdFeb permanent magnet material, magnetic force is 5-20 times higher than similar conventional magnetic materials (ferrite or aluminum nickel cobalt permanent magnet material).
4, iron removal installation and maintenance:
1. Connect the flange interface of the magnetic filter to the flange of the liquid slurry output pipe, so that the liquid slurry flows evenly through the filter, and the cleaning period is determined after a period of trial.
2, when cleaning, first loosen the clamping screw on the cover, and then pull out the magnetic bar to clean up the iron impurities adsorbed in the magnetic bar. After cleaning, install the magnetic rod first, tighten the clamping screws, and then tighten the magnetic rod cover to continue to use.
3, when cleaning, the extracted magnetic rod cover can not be placed on the metal object to prevent damage to the magnetic rod.
