1.3 When the dust in the field environment is serious, the iron remover with fully closed structure should be selected.
1.4 When the power capacity is insufficient, permanent magnet remover should be selected.
1.5 If the material contains a lot of miscellaneous iron, the self-discharging iron remover should be selected.
2. When the iron remover is installed in the head of the belt, due to the inertial force of the material, it is in a loose state when leaving the belt, which is conducive to iron removal. If the drive of the head of the belt is changed to a non-magnetic material, the iron removal effect will be better.
3. When the iron remover is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor, the roller under the iron remover can be changed to a non-magnetic flat roller, so that the loss effect can be further improved.
4. When multistage iron removal is used, the iron removal suction of the post stage should be higher than the iron removal suction of the former stage, otherwise, the iron removal effect will be low.
5. Belt conveyor bandwidth below 1400mm is recommended to use belt permanent magnet iron remover, belt conveyor bandwidth above 1600mm is recommended to use electromagnetic iron remover.
